Trebellar raises $18M Series A to automate corporate real estate strategies
The San Francisco startup said it saw 20 times revenue growth from the first quarter of 2026 to the second, and counts Uber, Meta, and Merck among its users.
Trebellar, an AI-native platform for corporate real estate, announced an $18 million Series A to automate enterprise real estate portfolio strategies, according to Commercial Observer.
Blossom Capital led the round, with participation from Haystack, Alt Capital, 1Flourish, and Bynd Venture Capital. Founded in 2022, Trebellar is based in San Francisco.
The company said it brings together portfolio data in a format that can be used by artificial intelligence to create real estate strategies for large corporations and other occupiers, aiming to reduce manual work and decision making time.
Commercial Observer reported that Trebellar saw 20 times revenue growth from the first quarter of 2026 to the second. The outlet also noted that Uber, Meta, and Merck are among the enterprises using the platform to help determine space needs.
