Valon Technologies raises $150M Series D to expand AI mortgage platform

The funding values Valon at $2.3 billion, doubles its prior valuation, and will support hiring and product development for ValonOS.

Valon Technologies raised $150 million in a Series D round at a $2.3 billion valuation, the company announced, aiming to accelerate adoption of its AI-native ValonOS servicing platform.

HousingWire reports the new round doubles Valon’s prior valuation and includes investment from Ribbit Capital, alongside backers Andreessen Horowitz and other prior investors.

The company said the capital will be used for product development and hiring across engineering, product, deployment, and go-to-market roles in New York and San Francisco, as well as remote positions.

Valon said ValonOS has more than $200 million in contracted annual recurring revenue and is under contract to power servicing for roughly one in six outstanding U.S. mortgages.
