Bitcoin ETFs lose $89.9M as BTC slips under $86,000

The outflow reversed two days of inflows that totaled about $293M, bringing Monday’s spot ETF trading volume to $2.18B.

US spot Bitcoin exchange traded funds saw net outflows of $89.9 million on Monday, reversing two prior days of inflows as bitcoin slipped below $86,000, according to Cointelegraph. The report said ETFs attracted about $293 million over the previous two October trading sessions before the reversal.

Cointelegraph added that BTC was trading around $85,559 at the time of publication, roughly 32% below its October 2025 all time high of $126,080 on Oct. 6, 2025, citing CoinGecko.

The outlet also reported total spot Bitcoin ETF trading volume of $2.18 billion for Monday, using SoSoValue data.
