BKM and Kayne Anderson buy 543,000 sf industrial portfolio for $103M
The four-property portfolio is 95% occupied and has a 4.3-year weighted average lease term.
ConnectCRE reports that BKM Capital Partners and Kayne Anderson Real Estate acquired a four-property light industrial portfolio in Central Orlando for $103 million.
The purchase covers 543,000 square feet across seven buildings and 22 units in the 33rd Street/McLeod and Silver Star corridors, with the properties together bringing BKM’s Central Florida holdings to 13 properties totaling more than one million square feet.
According to ConnectCRE, the portfolio is 95% occupied and has a 4.3-year weighted average lease term, with clear heights ranging from 16 to 28 feet and a 1 to 4,000-square-foot loading ratio.
Two of the acquired properties will be added to BKM’s Gridline Orlando portfolio, while the other two will be operated as standalone assets, the outlet said.
