Publix to anchor 82-acre Cadia Matthews mixed-use development
The retail component will include a 120,000-square-foot commercial village, with first retail buildings due in June.
Publix will anchor Pappas Properties' 82-acre Cadia Matthews mixed-use development at Stallings and Idlewild roads, according to ConnectCRE.
ConnectCRE reports that Pappas Properties has started work on the retail phase at the site, with construction expected to begin later this fall.
The project includes a 120,000-square-foot commercial village at Cadia Village, with the first retail buildings scheduled for delivery in June and a quick-service restaurant due next fall.
ConnectCRE adds that the development will also feature a bank and a 12,000-square-foot stand-alone medical office building, and that Thrift Commercial Real Estate Services is handling retail leasing.
