RN3 buys DHL logistics facility in Bemmel for €43M
The sale-leaseback will let DHL Supply Chain occupy the 33,300 square meter distribution center at Nijverheidsweg 51A/B.
London-based real estate investor RN3 Partners has completed the purchase of a logistics facility in Bemmel, the Netherlands, from DHL for €43M, marking the firm’s first acquisition in the country, according to Bisnow.
The transaction is structured as a sale-leaseback, with DHL Supply Chain set to occupy and operate the facility at Nijverheidsweg 51A/B. The distribution center, completed in 2023, is about 33,300 square meters and carries a BREEAM Very Good certification.
The building includes a hybrid energy infrastructure system, combining grid-connected and off-grid components such as solar, on-site generation, and power storage, aimed at reducing reliance on the grid. Bisnow also reports that Cushman & Wakefield and CMS Netherlands advised DHL, while Savills and DLA Piper advised RN3 Partners.
Bisnow added that DHL previously acquired the facility from Frasers Property Industrial in September 2025 in a deal valued at just over €46M, and that RN3’s operational integration helped support full occupancy earlier this year. The outlet said the deal underscores demand for modern logistics assets in key Dutch distribution hubs.
