The Ridge at Town Center EDH refinanced in $32.34 million deal

The refinancing replaces the campus’s existing senior debt and includes extra capital for the owners’ broader capitalization strategy.

ProEquity Asset Management and Solaris Capital have completed a $32.34-million refinancing of The Ridge at Town Center EDH, a three-building Class A office campus in El Dorado Hills, according to ConnectCRE.

The property totals approximately 195,906 square feet, and the new loan refinances the campus’s existing senior debt while also providing additional capital as part of the ownership group’s broader capitalization strategy.

ConnectCRE also said the financing was arranged by Ari Raskas and Matthew Sheard of CenterPoint Commercial Capital, which secured bank financing for the full amount requested with about 55 days remaining before the prior loan matured.
