World Bank raises East Asia growth outlook to 4.5% but warns on AI
The World Bank said growth of trade outside AI-related goods has been weak or negative.
The World Bank lifted its growth outlook for East Asia and the Pacific to 4.5% this year, according to CNBC.
In the same update, the World Bank warned that the region faces AI concentration risks.
It said trade growth outside AI-related goods has been weak or negative, highlighting risks beyond the areas tied to artificial intelligence.
