Brex signs lease for about 93,779 square feet at 200 Varick Street
The lease callout comes amid CBRE data showing Midtown South office rents averaged $86.9 per square foot in the third quarter of 2026.
Brex, an AI-powered financial platform, is moving into new office space in Manhattan’s Hudson Square neighborhood, according to Commercial Observer.
The company signed a lease for 93,779 square feet at GFP Real Estate’s 200 Varick Street, the outlet reported, citing a third-quarter Manhattan office report from CBRE.
Commercial Observer said the new deal likely reflects a relocation, with Brex having moved into its current New York City headquarters around January 2025.
The outlet added that CBRE’s report found office rents in Midtown South averaged $86.9 per square foot in the third quarter of 2026, while details like lease length and asking rent were not disclosed.
