Coverdash adds Claude connector to let commercial policyholders manage coverage
Coverdash says the tool will help eligible customers generate and retrieve certificates of insurance, access documents, and request endorsements or policy changes through the AI assistant.
Digital business insurance agency Coverdash has launched a Claude connector that allows eligible commercial insurance policyholders to access and manage coverage through the AI assistant.
Coverdash says users can generate and retrieve certificates of insurance, view policy documents, ask coverage questions, request endorsements and policy changes, and compare contract insurance requirements with their current coverage.
The company frames the integration as a complement to insurance professionals supporting its customers, extending its embedded insurance approach beyond partner integrations and into day-to-day policy servicing.
Coverdash, a New York-based agency founded in 2022, is licensed in all 50 states and says it offers coverage from more than 40 carriers, with its embedded platform also referenced as enabling Revenued to offer insurance across lines of business.
