DXC rolls out AI and workflow automation for insurance clients

The company said it revealed the initiatives at its Connect Insurance Executive Forum in London on Oct. 7, framing them as updates that help insurers modernize faster while still running business-critical processes on established systems.
DXC positioned the work as building on its Protect, Extend, Transform strategy and its Smart AI approach, with an emphasis on governance, human oversight, and operational controls across customer and broker workflows.
In remarks provided by DXC, the company said insurers face pressure to adopt new technology and use AI to respond to shifting market demands without disrupting systems that support their operations.
