Garfield Public/Private breaks ground on The Cade Roanoke hotel

The 169,152-square-foot project will bring a 205-key hotel and about 20,000 square feet of meeting space to 600 S. Oak St., Roanoke, Texas.

ConnectCRE reports that Garfield Public/Private has broken ground on a lifestyle-branded hotel and convention center in Roanoke, Texas, aimed at meeting growing demand for tourism and event space.

The development, sponsored by the town, is planned at 600 S. Oak St. and totals 169,152 square feet, including a 205-key hotel and approximately 20,000 square feet of meeting space.

According to ConnectCRE, the project will also feature a signature restaurant and a parking garage with roughly 300 spaces.

The outlet adds that the hotel will be named The Cade Roanoke, part of Hilton’s Curio Collection.
