Kpler estimates Gulf exports rose as producers paid for safe passage
Kpler estimates Middle East crude and condensate exports averaged about 16.5 million barrels per day in September, according to OilPrice.
The outlet also notes that exports exceeded the pre-war average of 18 million bpd on several days during the final week of the month.
Despite the apparent recovery in volumes, OilPrice says the boost has done surprisingly little to pull oil prices back down.
OilPrice further states that producers have been moving more crude through alternative pipelines and ports.
