Leo Pareja takes over as CEO of AGNT after Glenn Sanford steps down

HousingWire reports that AGNT founder Glenn Sanford will step aside as CEO and remain involved as chairman and adviser.

The report says eXp Realty CEO Leo Pareja will take over as CEO of AGNT, the parent company of eXp Realty and NextHome, at eXp Con 2026 in Salt Lake City.

According to HousingWire, Sanford said the company now has the team to take it forward without his direct involvement, citing the leadership bench.

HousingWire also notes that Pareja said the change reflects a natural progression after years of working closely with Sanford, and that the focus on serving productive agents will continue.
