Nano-C leases 37,262 sq ft in Norwood, MA to expand production
Colliers arranged the lease of 79-85 Astor Ave. space, and Nano-C said the new footprint more than doubled.
Colliers arranged a new 37,262-square-foot lease for Nano-C at 79-85 Astor Ave. in Norwood, Massachusetts, within a manufacturing and flex building.
According to ConnectCRE, the services firm represented both the landlord, Kadima Industrial Partners and DRA Advisors, and the tenant, Nano-C, in the transaction.
ConnectCRE reports that the additional space is intended to support Nano-C’s growth as a developer and manufacturer of electronic materials and specialty chemicals used across industries including solar, semiconductors, and energy storage.
The company said the newly leased space more than doubled its footprint, after Kadima Industrial Partners and DRA Advisors acquired 79-85 Astor Ave. and completed the transaction.
