NoCoast MLS will operate on MRED technology while keeping its brand
HousingWire reports NoCoast MLS serves about 1,300 Iowa real estate professionals through five Realtor associations.
NoCoast MLS, which serves about 1,300 Iowa real estate professionals, has partnered with MRED to expand technology, data, and market access across the Midwest, HousingWire reports.
Under the agreement, NoCoast MLS will run as “Powered By” MRED, while keeping its own brand and retaining its complete historical listing data.
HousingWire also notes that MRED currently powers MLS services for 16 Realtor associations, supplying MLS technology, data, customer support, and infrastructure tied to more than $43 billion in annual residential and commercial real estate transactions.
