Real estate agents are urged to use the last 90 days for a business reset

HousingWire recommends that real estate agents use the final 90 days of the year to audit lead sources, rebuild their client database, and tighten operating systems rather than treating year-end as a time to simply slow down.

The outlet says the reset should culminate in three decisions for 2027, including what to do more of, what to stop, and what the agent wants to be known for.

HousingWire also advises agents to compile their closed transactions, active pipeline, lost opportunities, lead sources, and referral sources in one place, then review the patterns those inputs reveal.
