Related Companies’ Village at Tuxedo Reserve will add a new The Goddard School location in Tuxedo, New York, with opening planned for fall 2027, according to ConnectCRE.

The early childhood education center will total 10,000 square feet, on a two-acre landscaped lot, with 5,000 square feet of surrounding play yards.

ConnectCRE also said the project includes dedicated adjacent parking, and quoted Related Companies executive vice president Greg Gushee saying the school will complement the existing educational network serving the area.
