S&P expects a China real estate rebound in top cities next year
S&P Global Ratings said China could see an improvement in real estate markets in its largest cities as soon as next year, according to CNBC.
The ratings agency pointed to the potential recovery after years of slump in those major urban property markets, CNBC reported.
