Skydance aims to compete across film, TV and streaming verticals

Skydance CEO David Ellison said a combined company would be positioned to win across film, television and streaming verticals, according to CNBC Markets.

The outlet said Skydance’s portfolio includes two film studios, the CBS broadcast network, and streaming services Paramount+ and HBO Max, along with a pay TV business.

CNBC World also described the same portfolio, noting Skydance’s film and broadcast assets as well as its streaming services.
