Zadelhoff secures €75M 10-year loan for Amsterdam office portfolio
The financing is set to fund five Amsterdam properties, including the protected heritage Havengebouw near the waterfront.
Dutch real estate investor and manager Zadelhoff has secured a €75 million 10-year loan from Deutsche Hypo-Nord/LB Real Estate Finance to finance its office portfolio in Amsterdam, according to Bisnow.
The loan will be used to fund five properties across the city, including the Havengebouw, a protected heritage monument building in the city center by the waterfront, as well as four offices in Zuidas on De Boelelaan and Antonio Vivaldistraat.
Bisnow also reports that Paris Proof Real Estate Finance advised on the deal. Zadelhoff, founded in 1968 by Cor van Zadelhoff, said it manages a portfolio of roughly 40 buildings in and around Amsterdam, including offices and other property types.
