BH Properties affiliate buys 346-unit Leander apartment community
The Evergrove at Crystal Village was completed in 2024 and adds 346 residences to Haven Housing’s Texas portfolio.
ConnectCRE reports that Haven Housing, the affordable and multifamily housing platform of BH Properties, acquired The Evergrove at Crystal Village, a 346-unit, Class-A garden-style apartment community in Leander.
The property is located at 2090 Raider Way at the corner of 183A and Crystal Falls Parkway, and LMF Construction served as the contractor.
ConnectCRE says the 15-acre community includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, with private balconies or patios, plus amenities such as a swimming pool with cabanas, a 24-hour fitness center, and a co-working clubhouse.
The acquisition, according to ConnectCRE, adds 346 residences to Haven Housing’s growing Texas portfolio.
