Blake Berman named Head of Advisory for North America at Marsh Re

Global reinsurance broker Marsh Re has appointed Blake Berman as its Head of Advisory for North America, a move focused on expanding its client advisory coverage across the reinsurance market.

Marsh Re said Berman’s appointment reflects the firm’s advisory strength and deep market expertise for delivering integrated solutions, as Berman previously joined Marsh Re in 2011 as an assistant vice president in casualty specialty.

During his 15 years with the company, Berman has held roles including senior vice president, strategic advisory at Guy Carpenter, and managing director.

In commenting on the appointment, Berman said he is honored to continue serving clients with insights aimed at helping them achieve growth and capital goals.
