Moinian Group is behind a 1.9 million-square-foot office project at Hudson Yards

Commercial Observer reports the project is a Class A office building designed by FX Collaborative in a market described as short on new office space.

Commercial Observer reports that Joe Moinian, founder and CEO of The Moinian Group, is behind a 1.9 million-square-foot Class A office building tied to a neighborhood-scale effort in New York.

The outlet says the project is designed by FX Collaborative and is planned for a city that is described as being in need of new office space.

In an interview published Sept. 25, Commercial Observer also recounts Moinian’s prior development work in New York, including projects such as the Atelier on the far West Side of Manhattan and the office tower at 1775 Broadway, now known as 3 Columbus Circle.
