US executives show lukewarm interest in APEC Shenzhen attendance
Some senior American executives are reportedly lukewarm about attending the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit and related business events in Shenzhen next month, according to SCMP Economy, citing limited scheduling details and few expected breakthroughs.
The outlet reports that these executives also believe there will be limited opportunity for meaningful engagement, and that some CEOs have decided not to attend because they lack concrete details on the schedule and planned meetings.
