Slate and OneIM to buy eight grocery-anchored retail parks for €250M

The portfolio, in the Greater Oslo region, is anchored by leading grocery operators and discount retailers, according to ConnectCRE.

Slate Asset Management and One Investment Management have agreed to acquire a portfolio of eight grocery-anchored retail parks in Norway from Tellus Eiendom AS for approximately €250 million, or US$279 million, ConnectCRE reported.

The assets are located in the Greater Oslo region and are anchored by Norway’s leading grocery operators and discount retailers, the outlet said.

ConnectCRE added that the buyer described the parks as sitting in dominant locations along major transport corridors around Oslo and said the portfolio benefits from CPI-linked lease structures.
