Aon names Mike Pasterick North America Health Leader

Pasterick will lead Aon’s Health Solutions across North America and report to Aon North America CEO Anne Corona and Human Capital CEO Byron Beebe.

Aon plc has appointed Mike Pasterick as its North America Health Leader, effective immediately, to oversee the company’s Health Solutions across the region, according to Risk & Insurance.

The hire is intended to help organizations navigate rising health care costs and growing complexity, with Aon saying Pasterick’s experience includes aligning clients’ health care strategies with broader business priorities.

Pasterick brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, including over 13 years at Aon. Most recently, he led health strategy and growth for clients across Aon’s Northeast Region, including during periods of change such as mergers and acquisitions.

He will be based in the Washington, D.C. area and will succeed Farheen Dam, who has moved to CEO of Enterprise Clients and Chief Client Officer, with Pasterick reporting to Anne Corona and Byron Beebe.
