Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao opens National Harbor location on 180 American Way
The restaurant signed its 6,253-square-foot lease in 2024 for the space and is represented by KLNB in the transaction.
Connect Commercial Real Estate outlet ConnectCRE says the Northern Chinese restaurant brand Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao has opened a new location at 180 American Way in National Harbor.
KLNB principal Josh Weiner represented Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao in securing the lease, working with Jerry Johnson of Bennett Williams Retail, which served as co-broker and master broker for the tenant. Tony Summers represented the landlord, Peterson Companies.
ConnectCRE reports the Michelin-recommended restaurant signed the lease in 2024 for a 6,253-square-foot space, and it operates with a full bar service and signature soup dumplings.
In a quote attributed to Weiner, KLNB said the team evaluated the market against Nan Xiang’s expansion criteria and toured multiple opportunities before helping bring the concept to National Harbor.
