Tripti Kasal named CEO of Women’s Council of Realtors
The Women’s Council of Realtors said Kasal will lead membership expansion and its national referral network for its 9,000-member organization.
HousingWire reports that the Women’s Council of Realtors has named Tripti Kasal as its new CEO.
The organization said Kasal brings more than 25 years of residential real estate experience, including senior leadership roles at Baird & Warner and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
In her new role, she is expected to focus on expanding membership, strengthening leadership training, and growing the group’s national referral network.
The council also said women represent 62% of the Realtor profession but remain underrepresented in executive roles, and it cited the need to prepare more women for leadership in brokerages, associations, and MLSs, as well as in technology and advocacy initiatives.
