YES Communities names manufactured housing executive Cody Pearce president

HousingWire reports that YES Communities has appointed manufactured housing industry veteran Cody Pearce as president, effective July 13, 2026.
Pearce returns to the company after previously serving as executive vice president of business operations at YES, and the new role will put him in charge of day-to-day operations at one of the nation’s largest owners and operators of manufactured housing communities.
According to HousingWire, Pearce brings experience that spans community operations, finance, and lending, including leadership roles at Cascade Financial Services and Triad Financial Services.
The company said the change positions Pearce to support its growth strategy and long-term vision in partnership with CEO Steven Schaub, who will continue to lead overall strategic direction.
