The deal covers more than 100,000 square feet across Parker, Aurora, and Littleton, with Greystone and Cushman & Wakefield arranging acquisition financing.

CentrePoint Properties has acquired a three-property retail portfolio in the Denver area in a transaction arranged at $30.3 million, according to ConnectCRE.

The portfolio includes Cottonwood Square in Parker, Bristol Pointe in Aurora, and Foothill Green in Littleton, for a combined total of more than 100,000 square feet of retail space.

Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Western Centers, Inc., while Greystone, in partnership with Cushman & Wakefield’s Denver-based debt team, arranged the acquisition financing for all three properties.

Cottonwood Square spans 56,000 square feet and is located near E-470 and Parker Road, adjacent to King Soopers; Bristol Pointe totals 26,000 square feet and draws tenants tied to services and restaurants, with nearby local employment drivers from Buckley Space Force Base; Foothill Green is 28,000 square feet and is an unanchored neighborhood center.
