Oberoi Realty Q1 profit rises 29% to ₹544 crore, revenue jumps

The company also lifted EBITDA 41% YoY to ₹734 crore and declared a ₹2 interim dividend per share for FY27.

Oberoi Realty reported Q1 FY27 results, saying consolidated net profit rose 29% year over year to ₹544 crore for the June-ended quarter, compared with ₹421 crore in the year-ago period, LiveMint Markets said.

Revenue from operations climbed 31.7% YoY to ₹1,301 crore. The firm’s EBITDA increased 41% YoY to ₹734 crore, and its EBITDA margin expanded by 370 basis points to 56.4% during the quarter, according to the company’s reported figures.

Oberoi Realty is also continuing to highlight strong luxury home demand, noting it sold luxury homes worth ₹8,109 crore in a newly launched Gurugram project and sold 13.52 lakh sq ft of RERA carpet area, equivalent to 23.10 lakh sq ft of saleable area.

Alongside the quarterly results, the company declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share, representing 20% of the ₹10 face value. The record date was set for July 23, 2026, with payment expected on or before July 31, 2026, subject to statutory deductions, the outlet reported.
