Colliers backs 56,760 sq ft HQ lease restructure in Chicago

The long-term deal keeps Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP in a 52-story Mies van der Rohe-designed tower at 330 N. Wabash Ave.

Colliers represented Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP in a headquarters lease restructure and renewal covering 56,760 square feet at 330 N. Wabash Ave. in Chicago, according to ConnectCRE.

The space is in a 52-story riverside office tower that is described as the last building in the U.S. designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe.

ConnectCRE also noted the property has 35,000 square-foot floor plates, floor-to-ceiling windows, 12-foot ceilings, and direct access to the Chicago Riverwalk, with Michigan Avenue and multiple CTA lines nearby.

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is described as having grown from 13 lawyers in 1992 to more than 140 lawyers across 30 practice areas, and it maintains offices throughout the Midwest in addition to its Chicago headquarters.
