Kiser Group sells 78-unit Rogers Park apartment for $11.5M
The multifamily deal closed at 100% of list price, according to ConnectCRE, with multiple offers for the Chicago North Side asset.
Kiser Group Directors Jacob Price and Katie LeGrand facilitated the sale of a 78-unit apartment building at 6748-50 North Ashland Avenue in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood for $11.5 million, according to ConnectCRE.
The property was acquired by a local owner-operator that already holds a portfolio in the area and plans to expand its footprint, ConnectCRE reports.
Built in 1927, the mid-rise asset includes eight studio units, 69 one-bedroom, one-bath apartments, and one two-bedroom, one-bath unit.
ConnectCRE said the transaction closed at 100% of list price after multiple offers, highlighting investor demand for scaled multifamily properties in Chicago’s North Side submarkets.
