Infinity and KB Realty buy 75 Kenmare Street retail condo for $11.75M
The 10,000-square-foot retail portion is fully leased to tenants including Undefeated, Nemesis Coffee, Bondi Sushi and M Jewelers.
Infinity Real Estate and KB Realty Partners have acquired the retail condominium at 75 Kenmare Street in Manhattan’s Nolita neighborhood, just outside SoHo, for $11.75 million, Commercial Observer reported. The transaction closed July 16.
The property’s 10,000-square-foot retail component includes two commercial units, and it is fully leased to Undefeated, Nemesis Coffee, Bondi Sushi, and M Jewelers. A luxury condo component sits above the retail, with 38 residential units designed by Lenny Kravitz, and that condo portion was not included in the purchase.
Commercial Observer said First Atlantic Realty was the seller and Masonre advised on the deal. ConnectOne Bank provided acquisition financing to Infinity and KB Realty.
The acquisition also supports Infinity’s stated focus on growing in SoHo retail, the outlet reported. Commercial Observer noted it follows Infinity’s late-2024 purchase of 40 Bleecker Street for $13.3 million from Broad Street Development and Crow Holdings.
