Mindspace signs 54,000-square-foot lease at Two Transamerica Plaza
The new lease makes Mindspace the largest tenant at Two Transamerica Plaza, and it nearly triples the company’s San Francisco footprint.
ConnectCRE reports that flexible workspace provider Mindspace has signed a new 54,000-square-foot lease at Two Transamerica Plaza, at 505 Sansome St. in San Francisco, within the Transamerica complex.
The deal marks Mindspace’s second location in San Francisco and its largest in the U.S., with the company saying the lease nearly triples its local presence.
According to ConnectCRE, Mindspace signed the lease with YODA PLC, a Cyprus-based real estate investment and development firm that recently acquired the Transamerica complex.
In comments carried by ConnectCRE, Mark Goldfinger, managing director of Mindspace North America, said the company is seeing demand for premium workplaces in San Francisco and described the West Coast flagship at the Transamerica complex as a vote of confidence in the city’s future.
