AXA rolls out Microsoft 365 Copilot to employees worldwide
The insurer says the Copilot rollout will be progressively deployed across Teams, Outlook, Word and other workplace apps, building on its 2023 Secure GPT service.
AXA is rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot to employees worldwide as part of a broader AI workplace strategy, giving staff access to AI capabilities inside common Microsoft work applications. Coverager reports the deployment is planned to be progressive across the organization, including Teams, Outlook and Word, to support day to day tasks and collaboration across teams and regions.
The rollout follows AXA’s 2023 launch of Secure GPT, an internal service designed to provide employees and business applications with secure access to large language models. The company also is expanding its AI training program to focus on practical and ethical AI skills, while emphasizing that employees must maintain human oversight of key decisions.
In related updates, AXA expects to launch home insurance products in April 2026, with a panel that includes Prestige Underwriting, AXA and Covéa. Coverager says the effort builds on SCOR’s NatReCo initiative, introduced in 2024 to develop insurance solutions tied to nature restoration and conservation.
