Boxer Property executive highlights AI platform use in CRE operations
The president of Boxer Property described how an AI-enabled workflow platform built for the company is now being used across commercial real estate, alongside a global staffing and team augmentation business.
Justin Segal, president of Boxer Property, oversees operations, leasing, technology, and marketing across a national portfolio that includes office, retail, and hotel assets, according to Commercial Observer.
Segal also co-founded Brava Systems, an AI-enabled platform that was originally built to support Boxer’s own operations and has since been deployed across commercial real estate.
He additionally co-founded Relay Human Cloud, a global staffing and team augmentation company, and is based in Houston.
Commercial Observer also notes that NYC Real Estate Week will include a CTO Exchange and Hackathon event on Oct. 19, featuring C-suite roundtables, a hackathon, and a Power AI and Tech Awards reception that is invite-only.
