Jon Pezzoni joins Hunneman as SVP and Principal in leasing and advisory

Pezzoni previously served as an SVP at Avison Young and has worked with tenants, landlords, and developers across Greater Boston submarkets since 2014.

Commercial real estate firm Hunneman said Jon Pezzoni has joined its Leasing and Advisory team as a senior vice president and principal.

ConnectCRE reports Pezzoni brings more than a decade of experience spanning Greater Boston office, research and development, and industrial markets, and he was most recently an SVP at Avison Young.

The firm said that since 2014, Pezzoni has advised tenants, landlords, and developers across the Metro West, 495 West and South submarkets, focusing on strategies intended to maximize asset value.

Hunneman CEO and COO Steve Prozinski said Pezzoni has a strong reputation in the Metro West market and that his expertise across property types and local relationships make him an addition to the team.
