SERHANT. hires Nick Janovsky as Tampa Bay luxury sales director

SERHANT. cited Janovsky’s more than $250 million career sales volume across 340-plus transactions as part of the appointment.

SERHANT. has appointed Nick Janovsky as its director of luxury sales for Tampa, St. Petersburg and the Gulf Beaches, according to HousingWire.

The firm said Janovsky, who is based in St. Petersburg, brings more than $250 million in career sales volume across 340-plus transactions and leadership experience at Premier Sotheby’s in St. Petersburg.

SERHANT. also highlighted that Janovsky was a top producer for five consecutive years at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s St. Petersburg office and that he ranked in RealTrends Verified agent rankings.

SERHANT. said it entered Florida in 2023 and has expanded since launching in 2020 to more than 2,000 agents across 17 markets.
