Trilogy closes Solomon Farms, a 219-acre project near Georgia Southern

The master-planned development calls for more than 1,200 homes and includes a multi-phase student housing component totaling hundreds of apartment and cottage beds.

Trilogy Investment Company has closed on Solomon Farms, a 219-acre master-planned community in Statesboro, Georgia, through a joint venture with landowner RLB Squared, according to ConnectCRE.

ConnectCRE says the project is planned just outside the main entrance of Georgia Southern University and is near a record enrollment period, with the university reaching nearly 30,000 students for fall 2025.

The development is expected to include more than 1,200 residential units, including 298 fee-simple single-family detached lots, 101 build-to-rent townhome lots, and 300 multifamily units.

Plans also call for retail and commercial space and a two-phase student housing community, with phase one targeting 672 apartment beds and phase two targeting approximately 700 cottage beds, ConnectCRE reported.
