Keller Williams adds five leaders to growth roles across North America

The appointments are effective immediately and target faster agent growth, higher franchise productivity, and expansion of KW Commercial across the U.S. and Canada.

Keller Williams has appointed five senior leaders to growth-focused roles covering its U.S. and Canada divisions, KW Commercial, agent attraction, and digital strategy, with the changes effective immediately. HousingWire reports the company said the appointments are meant to increase agent count, improve franchise productivity, and expand KW Commercial across North America.

John Clidy will lead Keller Williams divisions, working to drive strategic alignment and performance across the firm’s 30 regions in the U.S. and Canada. The company said his priorities include franchise growth, leadership, productivity, profitability, and operational execution.

Keller Williams also named Sean Hostert to head commercial operations and strategy for KW Commercial, overseeing strategy and operations for the commercial platform and its affiliated agent network. Hostert brings more than 15 years of finance, investment, and commercial real estate experience, including roles previously described by the company in investments, acquisitions, and commercial real estate opportunity evaluation.

Andy and Lesley Peters were appointed co-heads of U.S. growth and attraction. According to the announcement summarized by HousingWire, they will lead the national agent attraction strategy and growth initiatives by partnering with divisional and regional leaders to accelerate agent growth across regions and market centers.
