IMC Construction opens new Bethesda hub to expand in DMV

The firm says the Bethesda office will serve clients across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia, after launching regional headquarters in New Jersey and Delaware.

IMC Construction, described as the largest minority-owned contractor in the country, is expanding into the DMV by opening a new regional hub in Bethesda, Maryland, according to ConnectCRE.

The new office will be led by Dan Baker, Vice President, Pavlo Villhauer, Project Executive, and Debbie Jones, Business Development Manager, with the location listed as 6903 Rockledge Drive.

ConnectCRE reports that IMC has already started work with clients including Merck and Charles River Laboratories, and the firm says the Bethesda team is positioned to support similar developments in the D.C. region.

IMC said the Washington metropolitan area represents a major opportunity, and that the Bethesda hub will serve clients throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia, building on earlier regional headquarters in New Jersey and Delaware.
