Logos Faith Development to launch 15 affordable housing projects by 2028
The developer has a development pipeline valued at about $750 million, targeting more than 2,000 affordable housing units.
Logos Faith Development, a Los Angeles-based affordable housing developer working with faith communities across Southern California, said it plans to complete 15 groundbreakings between 2026 and 2028.
In support of the expansion, the company signed a long-term lease for new headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles, moving from the Culver City area.
The schedule calls for five groundbreakings in 2026, another five slated for 2027, and an additional five planned for 2028.
According to ConnectCRE, Logos Faith Development’s total development pipeline is valued at roughly $750 million and is intended to deliver more than 2,000 affordable housing units in partnership with over 15 faith-based organizations.
