J.S. Held appoints Irvinder Singh Lail as Head of Global Capability
The appointment tasks Irvinder Singh Lail with formalizing J.S. Held’s global operating model, including expanding centers of expertise and standardizing shared platforms.
J.S. Held, a global consulting firm that serves clients in complex, time sensitive matters, has named Irvinder Singh Lail as Head of Global Capability.
In the role, Lail will work to advance the firm’s global operating model by formalizing how J.S. Held organizes and deploys expertise across regions. The mandate includes expanding centers of expertise, standardizing shared platforms, and scaling the infrastructure used to support the firm’s growth, with the firm operating teams in multiple geographies to provide around the clock client service.
J.S. Held said Lail will support the continued development of its global service model and help coordinate work across time zones to mobilize the right experts. He will also work alongside Jessica Larson, Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation, to align global resourcing strategies with investments in advanced technology.
Lail joins the firm from Alvarez and Marsal, where he was responsible for building multiple capabilities and verticals for its Global Capability Center. J.S. Held said he brings more than 25 years of experience across professional services, technology, banking, financial services, and insurance, and cited leadership comments that the next phase of growth depends on how teams connect globally and how talent strategy advances alongside automation and AI enabled workflows.
