KITA to Redevelop 460 Park Ave. With $200M Office Revamp

The project is targeting LEED Gold, WELL certification, and WiredScore Platinum as part of a Manhattan revitalization effort.

Korea International Trade Association (KITA) is launching a comprehensive $200-million redevelopment of 460 Park Ave. to reposition the property as a next-generation office destination, according to ConnectCRE.

ConnectCRE reports that a JLL team will handle marketing and leasing, led by vice chairmen Dave Kleiner, Frank Doyle, and Cynthia Wasserberger, with SVP Michael Pallas involved.

The redevelopment plan is aiming for LEED Gold, WELL certification, and WiredScore Platinum, and it was selected as the third awardee for the Manhattan Commercial Revitalization Program (M-CORE).

KITA president Jimin Paik, via a KITA affiliate, said the effort will focus on workplace quality and performance, including natural light, modern infrastructure, and integrated indoor-outdoor space.
