NPCG brokers $3.53M Boston mixed-use sale and $5.4M Leicester deal
The firm also arranged a separate transaction for a 24-unit Leicester, Massachusetts multifamily property.
Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) arranged the sale of 250 Main St. in Boston’s Charlestown neighborhood for $3,525,000, according to ConnectCRE.
Investment associate Tom Egbers represented the seller and procured the buyer. NPCG said the mixed-use property is well positioned in a Greater Boston urban neighborhood with strong residential and commercial demand, supported by Charlestown’s proximity to downtown Boston and the waterfront.
Separately, NPCG arranged the $5,400,000 sale of Leicester Gardens Apartments, a 24-unit multifamily property at 1671 Main St. in Leicester, Massachusetts.
SVP of investments Taylor Perun represented the seller and procured the buyer, with NPCG describing the asset as a well positioned residential investment with access to Worcester and the employment base along the Route 9 corridor.
