NPCG arranges $3.5M sale of mixed-use asset in Boston’s Charlestown

The firm also arranged a separate $5.4M sale of a 24-unit multifamily property in Leicester, Massachusetts.

Northeast Private Client Group, or NPCG, arranged the $3,525,000 sale of 250 Main St. in Boston’s Charlestown neighborhood, according to ConnectCRE. Investment associate Tom Egbers represented the seller and procured the buyer.

ConnectCRE reports that 250 Main St. is a mixed-use property in Charlestown, positioned for strong residential and commercial demand tied to the neighborhood’s proximity to downtown Boston and its waterfront.

In a second transaction, NPCG arranged the $5,400,000 sale of Leicester Gardens Apartments in suburban Leicester, Massachusetts, ConnectCRE said. SVP, investments Taylor Perun represented the seller and procured the buyer.

Leicester Gardens Apartments is a 24-unit multifamily property at 1671 Main St., and NPCG said it offers the undisclosed buyer a well-positioned residential asset in central Massachusetts with convenient access to Worcester and the employment base along the Route 9 corridor.
