Triten completes purchase of 283-unit Houston apartment community

The deal finishes a three-property 3 Corners portfolio acquisition in the Memorial/Spring Branch area, bringing the combined holding to 997 units.

Triten Real Estate Partners has completed its purchase of 3 Corners West, a 283-unit apartment community in Houston’s Memorial/Spring Branch submarket, ConnectCRE reports.

The acquisition completes Triten and Evergen Equity’s broader purchase of the three-property 3 Corners multifamily portfolio, after the partnership acquired 3 Corners North and 3 Corners East in November 2025.

With full ownership of the portfolio, Triten plans to implement a value-add strategy. The three properties were built between 1972 and 1982, and together cover more than 35 acres along Kempwood Drive.

The 3 Corners community at 10105 Kempwood Drive offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from approximately 730 to 1,280 square feet, with amenities including multiple swimming pools, a fitness center, covered parking, and landscaped courtyards. JLL represented the seller, and Evergen Equity served as Triten’s capital partner for the acquisition.
