CBRE hires Eric Jeremiah for Greater Boston suburban office leasing

Jeremiah will handle both tenant and landlord representation in CBRE’s Greater Boston suburban office brokerage business.

CBRE has hired Eric Jeremiah as a vice president in its Greater Boston suburban office brokerage organization, where he will focus on tenant and landlord representation.

ConnectCRE said Jeremiah will work within CBRE’s Greater Boston suburban office practice, joining executive managing director Mike Brucato, who leads the Greater Boston market.

CBRE credited Jeremiah as a highly respected office broker with deep market knowledge and a record of advising both landlords and occupiers.

ConnectCRE also noted Jeremiah previously spent more than five years at Newmark, representing tenants and landlords on suburban office and industrial leasing assignments across Greater Boston.
